At Garud Wear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and exchange terms below:


Returns

  • We have a 10-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, the product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange shipping costs will be borne by us. You will not have to pay for shipping if you choose to exchange your product.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
